Hired the VW T6 Campervan for a weeks tour of Scotland. Went like a dream, the van was so well equipped and so comfortable; we loved the tastefully fitted out interior and the storage space was amazing. Dan and Laura were lovely and we would highly recommend their vans to anyone. Rented a van for 3 nights and was extremely pleased with it.

It's glorious landscapes, magnificent views, off-the-beaten-track adventures.

How it works Report

We do get busy during the warmer months and recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. If you're a keen festival goer, please book as early as possible, Glastonbury campervan hire is often booked one year in advance. We're still busy in the cooler months but will often have at least one campervan available.

We hired Bruce for a week in early September, it was our first experience of camper life. Dan was extremely helpful all the way, always willing to advise. We had a great week exploring North Wales.. Just returned from a three-day break in Bongo. We had a great time. Plenty of space for two plus a small dog. A really comfy, easy to drive van, very clean and equipped with everything that you could possibly need. Dan was professional, friendly and really helpful. And I'd not hesitate to book with them again. In fact I've come home and started plotting the next trip!

Absolutely brilliant van and service from Davanco. We had Alfie for our honeymoon and it was fantastic. Dan was extremely helpful and his mum explaining how the van works and it was an extremely comfortable drive around the North Coast 500 for us. Would highly recommend!

WARNING! We were almost killed in one of their vans. Two tyres blew out on a mountain pass road in the Highlands of Scotland. Recovery people informed us that all four tyres were bold on the Bongo van that we hired. We had to abandon our holiday. They refuse to take any responsibility at all and told us we are to pay for the repairs on the van. Not even an apology. Shameful. Were in the process of suing for negligence but wanted to warn people. Please check the vehicle thoroughly before you drive away! My family are very very lucky. Could have been much worse.

We've just returned from a weekend away in one of Dan's campervans and we had a wonderful time. The van was fantastic, very comfy and well kitted out and was spotless when we collected it. Dan was a pleasure to deal with, his communication throughout was brilliant and he happily and patiently helped us rearrange our trip several times due to lockdown and work commitments. Would highly recommend and will be using again in future!

A great hire and camper van experience. We were lucky enough to take a new conversion camper out on its first journey and we loved it! The van had been expertly fitted by Dan and was well-equipped. The hiring experience was straightforward with great communication in advance and also we got a full explanation of all the features at collection. It was a great pleasure to use for the week as we drove up to and around the Lake District. Definitely recommended.

We have just returned from an amazing week touring the Highlands of Scotland in the fab Davanco Leisure Camper. We took it up to Loch Ness, then off around the North Coast 500 route, back to Loch Ness, then to Glencoe & Loch Lomond.
From our initial booking right the way through our trip & after our return, Dan was perfect to deal with.
The van itself is lovely! From the outside, it is immaculate & incredibly good looking, its lovely to drive & the interior custom design is very eye catching! It certainly got lots of attention from our friends on sharing pics on FB.
