Julian and Lee have both been very helpful with any queries we've had after purchasing a new motorhome from them. Kev the owner was upfront and honest with us from the beginning and that's all we ask, and because of that we made the purchase. Not looked back and have been making happy motorhome memories ever since.

Dealing with Julian has been very efficient and he generally cares in what he is handing over and will not give false hopes and will only handover when he is happy with it. Picked up my van 4 weeks ago and was in great condition and very clean.
Would highly recommend this dealer and I would definitely use again when I look to change.

Unbelievably poor service. Agreed to purchase a Burstner Motorhome.Travelled the same day (Sunday) 120 miles one way to find that the lazy salesperson had not even bothered to check the correct specification of the Motorhome that we had been discussing for 20 minutes on the phone. Arrived on site, no welcome, the salesperson showed us the Motorhome. A 2 berth, not 4 as we had agreed. Complete waste of time. MD then got involved and we agreed to purchase another Motorhome for 7K more. Paid a 2K deposit and waited for September (71 plate). They rang back 2 days later, did not introduce themselves

We have bought at least 3 campervans from Timberland Chesterfield in the past and have always been satisfied. Yesterday we called in and arranged payment for our latest van. (A smaller one as we are not getting any younger!) We highly recommend this company. They have an impressive range of vehicles with a wide range of prices. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Connor was very well-informed and spent time with us pointing out all the features of the van we are purchasing. We know when we collect it next week it will be sparkling, fresh and ready to go.

Connor Leyhe the salesman from Timberland Motorhomes who sold us our Motorhome is leaving positive reviews for the company he works for below.
Reported to Google for a conflict of interest. Even if he did buy a Motorhome off his employers he is hardly going to leave a bad review. How many other dodgy reviews is this company leaving for itself?
Once I have taken this awful company to the small claims court, I will be leaving my review to warn others. Do not even risk buying a new Motorhome or Camper from Timberland Motorhomes!!!

Went there to look at camper vans, had a little wait due to lack of staff but understandably. Did a test drive and was happy, explained how we wanted to proceed with finances and that’s when the salesman’s went into full salesman pushing us to put a deposit down. My words were we will be back and if the van has gone we will look at another at same price point 40k Amd his response if I knew you weren’t going to buy I wouldn’t of bothered taking you out for a test drive. My thoughts are now I won’t bother coming back and will look elsewhere.

AVOID - a few months after buying a motorhome the leisure battery exploded, causing £700+ of damage. That was 8 months ago and I am still waiting to be reimbursed. They are very keen to take your money on the forecourt but if anything goes wrong with your purchase they will NOT be there to help you.
EDIT - Timberland’s reply is extremely disingenuous. The warranty process wasn’t followed correctly because*they* didn’t follow it. I just did as I was told - got a quote from a local garage - it had nothing to do with my convenience, I merely did what Timberland advised. They never once suggested
