HORRIBLE for home insurance!!!! We were literally the last house in the neighborhood that got fixed because everyone else had better insurance companies ....Ada Thao our "Claim Professional" refused to speak with me or my husband even one time about our claim ....... She blew us off for 6 months never returned any of our messages text or phone calls. Worst home owners insurance you could possibly get !!!!

Agree with other reviewers about Travelers insurance. Their insured hit my vehicle, total loss. The people I have had contact with have 1) take 3 days to respond whether by email or phone; 2) low ball settlement with excuses that the engine of my vehicle was dirty; 3) made no attempt to contact me and without a vehicle for a week; 4) twist statements and make accusations that I have not been responsive. And I could go on. Good luck dealing with them--horrible and aggressive, always cutting you off so you cannot address things.

I have had 3 other insurance companies over the last 15 years. Travelers has always been good to their customers when filing claims (I used to be an auto estimator), and my rate was very high with my most recent insurance. I called travelers and it took a few minutes to get a great rate locked in. I look forward to dealing with them for a very long time.

Terrible company! Please look into all options before ever considering Travelers as your insurance company, they only offered me $250 for a $1500 lens that was stolen out of my truck and now taking my auto insurance from $85 a month to $145 a month because I have an out of state license and never let me know. Gave star because zero is not an option.
