It is our intention to provide you with the highest possible level of customer service at all times. However we recognise that things can go wrong on occasion and if this occurs we are committed to resolving matters promptly and fairly. Should you not be satisfied with our final response, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

You can pay your premium by debit/credit card, by cheque or by BACS using online banking. We also offer a facility via a third party provider where you can pay your premium by instalments by direct debit from your bank account.

What a shocking and vile man. The owner has behaved in a revolting manner towards teenage employees of a local fast food chain. He is an aggressive, violent and cowardice excuse of a man and I think you'd find he would not have the minerals to confront someone his own big, large age. I would advise you stay away from this sorry, sorry establishment at all costs.

The owner has been known to be aggressive, threatening and swear at employees of the other local shops, using disgusting language to multiple people and coming across in a violent and threatening manner. This includes being abusive to teenagers on multiple occasions. I feel sorry for his employees and family.
