Our spacious Superior twin and double rooms have been tastefully decorated and many have delightful country views. Overall the experience was good the evening food was lovely and lexi the waitress was second to none couldn’t of helped us any more.
Unfortunately we paid for our drink at the bar and then as we was leaving the restaurant (with evidence of this) but was then shocked to find that the same drinks was put on a tab for the next day and the manager was no help at all and seen it as doing us a favour dropping the amount to £18 in stead of £33 even though we clearly had shown we had paid for them and when we asked to see the
bar man as he took the payments he was conveniently not around (it wasn’t

Excellent staff, had a really good time the waiters and waitresses were exception very friendly and professional, as well as entertaining. A little disappointed with the food, menu's kept changing at a short notice and the New Years Eve dinner did not live up to expectations; both in quality and quantity.

Went for a murder mystery event which overall was really, really great. The hotel is located in the countryside so no outside noise, reception and social areas are well kept. Room was spacious and the open plan shower was really great. The food on the night was not fantastic and drinks were expensive but may be linked to event more than the hotel. The room needed a bit of TLC, for example the electric card holder fell off on entry, bottom of bathroom door had taken a beating, strange room layout but had safe, iron so for the money, overall we had a great time and will be going back.

Had our wedding here on the 23.10.21. The whole day went so smoothly. The staff and Wedding Coordinator managed everything so well. The food was hot when served and delicious. None of the guests had any complaints. The facilities were extremely clean and our room was spotless. The bed decor was a bit dated but the bed was so comfy! I would definitely visit again for one of the murder mystery nights. Thank you to all the staff for making our day special.

Very pleasant 2 night stay here. Nice room, very clean with bath and shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Great pool, spa and gym. WiFi a bit inconsistent. Restaurant and bar welcoming. Food good if a bit unexciting. Morning coffee a bit disappointing but Breakfast buffet extensive and hot food good. Would be happy to return.
