Cancellation Policy, cancellations within 48 hours will be refunded or re-scheduled, any cancellation after this will incur 100% charge. The back is deep cleansed, body brushed and exfoliated to help circulation and cell renewal, followed by a hot towel removal. A vitamin infused mask is then applied whilst you float away with a head massage or calf and foot massage.

We booked a last minute stay in this hotel to break up a longer journey, and worked out a tad cheaper than a last minute booking at some of the 'budget' Hotel chains...
When you come into the hotel they have number plate recognition, if staying at the hotel you need to put your details into their system to register parking.
Check in went fine, not much info given about hotel but to be honest we were staying one night so wasn't likely to make much use of it. Our room was big and seemed OK, bathroom was quite 'tired'.
We debated about using the restaurant in evening but it was very quiet and chose

Just got here. Beds are so soft it’s like laying on a jelly (I imagine). Hotel smells of something weird.
Dust on top of the bed and lampshades.
Hair and dirt on the floor in the bedroom.
Only been here 20 minutes and due for a 2 night stay. Naughty 😵💫
The “welcome” was a bit bizarre.
Only place available for a last minute trip, for a reason!!

Only because of the fantastic barman ADRIAN No hot water in room Pool not open only got email to tell us on day we arrived 8 off us meet up every year last time together was 18 months ago so very disappointed with hotel this time Adrian you made our weekend thank you so much for being so hard working and making us so welcome you should be the manager there WELL DONE 👏

Expected a bit more than I got, hotel services (pool and gym) were closed for COVID (understandable), breakfast was a bag pick up from reception, nothing wrong with it but I would have grabbed something from somewhere else had I known. Room was decent, nicely furnished but the TV was poor, the whole place was a bit dated and could do with some love
