I can't recommend Edissero highly enough. Over the last few years, they've secured me two positions as a technical writer -- one contract and one permanent. They're not like any agency I've worked with before. They're unfailingly friendly and professional, but more importantly, they take the time to get to know their candidates and clients. With Edissero, you won't find yourself getting sent to interviews for positions that don't suit you. On top of that, they're straightforward and down the line and just really nice, helpful people.

I first contacted Edissero as I was having difficulty finding good Technical Authors using other IT recruitment companies. I have been relying on Edissero, both while looking for a job and while hiring technical authors into my team, since 2006. My experience with them is that every contract or permanent role they have submitted me for has been right for me (and I have been offered the role 100% of the time), and that every author they submitted to me for a potential hire has been a really good match for what I required. As a London-based technical author, I've had many contacts with Edissero over the years, and can wholeheartedly recommend everyone who works there, firstly as fantastic professionals, but also as delightful people with whom it's a pleasure to do business.
