Services
We are a passionate team of recruiters, with over 60 years of recruitment experience between us. A name and reputation you can trust. Prior to submitting candidates for permanent assignments, we always conduct an in-depth interview at our Godalming office. Candidates are then contacted and fully briefed with vacancy information to ensure their interest before CVs are submitted to the client and considered for interview.

Highly professional recruitment service with a small dedicated team that is always available to help. A friendly agency that are very efficient at finding positions that suit the candidate. They do not have the 'any job will do' attitude so many agencies have. They take the time to listen to what you what you would like to do and where you would like to be located and then fit you with a role that suits both you and the company. The service I experienced was excellent. I would highly recommend DCA Recruitment to anyone looking for a job. They manage to source many potential jobs for me and provided me with a number on interviews on the same day of meeting with them. Amy was extremly easy to get hold of and worked very hard to find me a role that would suit me and even when she was out of the office I was always able to speak with someone else who was extremly friendly and helpful!
