We had been to many showrooms in our area to find what we were looking for, but with no success. We came here and we were told they would do what ever we wanted. The advice given from both the showroom and the fitter was excellent, and the finished fireplace, the stove is amazing. Fantastic value for money.

I visited yesterday with my husband, just to have a look. We were very impressed with the service and the lady we spoke to was so helpful, and honest. There was no high pressure sales tactic, which makes a refreshing change!
We found exactly what we wanted within a few minutes of stepping inside, and at a great price.
I would definitely recommend visiting.

Liaha the owner was extremely helpful and efficient in assisting with the selection of my gas fire based on my requirements and clearly explained the pros and cons of the different options. The Order and delivery was far quicker than I could ever have hoped for. Liaha worked alongside Darren the fitter, who was equally as hard working and went well above and beyond in order to deliver exactly what we wanted from start to finish.

Great whilst purchasing but after sale very poor rang loads of times no one answered the phone but you have a option to leave a message which I did still no one returned my call. Had to go to the shop to find out where my fireplace was.
Was offered as a goodwill gesture something to go ontop off fire surround but nothing ever materialised.
Beautiful fires tho on display all working so you can see. Some lovely pictures too they also have an ex display area good for a bargain if you are lucky enough. And they do make everything in there factory attached to the showroom

My fire and fire surround is amazing with fantastic service from start to finish !
we got the wilshire vanilla ice surround and the 890 charlston jenrick.
its has led lights under neath which can be changed to many colours and the flames also change too.its made such a big differance to our living room.so cosy and and such a beautiful touch.
a big thankyou to all at factory fireplace outlet and also a mention for tom for fitting it for us.hes done a brilliant job !!!

5* company, I contacted the company to request I come to the show room to have a look at the fireplaces they offer. I went there a couple of days later and the very friendly staff showed me around the show room and informed me of the different options available to me, the fireplaces are all made on site also! I had my Wilshire fireplace fitted yesterday and I must say I am more than impressed. From the show room staff, to taking my order to the fitting I couldn’t fault this company at all. Thank you. Very much appreciated and will certainly use again in the future.
