After 15 months of problems from a different fire shop in Bradford we were left fireless, so went to Stanningley firesides a little anxious, but we needn’t have worried.
We were limited with fire options as we could only have a slimline balanced flue but Joanne gave suggestions and designed what we wanted from our vision. She was extremely knowledgable, gave us confidence with our purchase and kept us upto date up until fitting day.

Excellent service. Large choice of fireplaces in different combinations and the order came through quickly. Adrian, the fitter, did an excellent and tidy job and was easy to get on with. It would have been nice to be able to see what I'd chosen on the computer beforehand, but I'm delighted with the end result.

Great end to end service led by Joanne. No pushy sales just excellent advice and guidance throughout. The fitter (Adrian) was brilliant too with nothing too much trouble and included a couple of extra aspects at no additional charge. The fire looks superb and we are delighted with the end result.
