Remember the late '70's - Raleigh Choppers, Grifters and Skyway wheels? How about Joe Breeze, credited with introducing the first purpose-built mountain bike?. Well that's how long C&N Cycles has been around. Founded in 1978 by Colin Norton and owned since 2001 by Damian Pittock, C&N Cycles has become enshrined in Surrey's awesome biking culture and community like no other.
You'll find our shop 50m from Redhill station, near McDonalds. When you walk in you'll notice our shop isn't glitzy. We prefer to call it comfortable, the kind of place you walk in to and instantly feel welcome. What it lacks in glossy floors it makes up for in exceptional service and a great range of products including the very best from independent bike brand Trek.

I brought my bike in for a Gold Service.
They had the bike serviced fully within 4 days, as suggested. When I collected the bike the following weekend, it was in great condition, with the exception of the new chain slipping, which is normal.
Just as I got the bike home, one of my rear wheel spokes happened to snap, which was completely unrelated to any work that the shop had done to the bike. I called them to explain that I would need to drop it in again, and one of the guys in the shop offered to collect the wheel from me and drop it back once the spoke had been replaced. They didn't even charge

C & N did a great job of servicing my Canyon Ultimate as well as my Trek Boone 7. Both bikes were turned around quickly so I was ready for my next race. As C & N race the Trek Boone 7 themselves, they also gave me some tips to improve the shifting. A highly recommended bike shop to deal with if you are serious about your cycling.

So yesterday I popped in with my disabled niece to buy a new pump for her new chair as tyre was low. Asked a lady which one to get which she told me only needed attachment. But before we left I asked nicely if they’d be able to just pump tyre up for me. To which a gentlemen behind counter tutted then said ok. Whilst trying he done nothing but tut… and huff so I said leave it don’t worry. But he was no I do it but had dropped everything to to this. With that I again said you clearly don’t want to do it as not being very nice. He then again was very rude saying I’ve
