Great shop with good product range and friendly, capable staff. Also, with a workshop open on a Sunday and able to fix things there and then. I was out riding on Leith hill Sunday, and my dropper post cable snapped. Limped over there, and they fixed it straight away for a very reasonable price whilst I enjoyed some great coffee and excellent carrot cake. Highly recommend it.

I was in the market for a new MTB I was a little sceptical about these new e-ride bikes but, as I was now approaching the BIG 60 thought I might give one a try……. I went to see Darren and the team (through a friends recommendation) and took one out for a spin 🙂
Well…… I had to have one!!!!
I went for a Scott Ransom…. Probably a more superior bike than I required but I thought “Hey….. In for a penny…. In for a pound….. Even if it was several more pounds.

I would just like to say what excellent customer service I received from Graham and his young colleague recently when purchasing my new bike! They didn't rush me at any stage and helped adjust the seat… position.I was able to select some accessories-lights and panniers which they took the time to fit to the bike.I am very pleased with my purchase-a Rigdeback as requested.

Excellent independent bike shop tucked away on the outskirts of Dorking. Good selection of interesting bikes at pretty good prices (not like some of the more pretentious outfits in the town). They also carry a good range of spares and are always available to give sound advices on all aspects of buying or tweaking.
They also offer a very reasonably priced bike service with a decent turnaround.
Easy to find - just head up to Dorking West station (easy parking) and you'll see them.

A great little shop with a very large stock, catering to all ages and abilities. I've received excellent service from Bikes Direct, especially with my recent purchase of a Giant road bike. First class for information, demo rides, bike set-up and spec adjustments.
