Longterm user, called for a taxi, they said just speak to a driver and call back.. Never bothered. Pokr customer service. Abingdon Taxi called them later said be 30mins they arrived.

Amazing Company
I am a care worker at Old station House at Abingdon. This is actually my second time using Su's taxis and luckily, I got the same driver. This particular driver is genuine, easy to talk to, very friendly, professional and always on time. The ride was clean and I felt safe.
Bad thing is I don’t know his name[this is for you Sir the driver who picks me up from Old Station at 07:30].
I highly recommend Su's taxis and I rate him 10/10.
