Used the services on NYE and NYD. The women I booked with was so lovely. Was able to get a taxi straight away and was able to book for later at 2:30am. The women who drove us to our destination was lovely too, very chatty and was generally a nice person, no faults what so ever. However, the man who collected us at 2:30 wasn't the best. He arrived early at 2:26 as I received a text to say he was outside. So we hurried to get outside and say goodbye to everyone and by 2:28 he'd gone. We called the main number again and it was an automated service that contacted the taxi and he came straight back

I booked the taxi 5 days in advance & it turned up late. When I called the taxi driver directly, he was rude telling me he’d be another 4 minutes….bearing in mind he was already late! Then they couldn’t find our house so I’m not sure what sat-nav they are using as we’ve never had an issue.
Needless to say I’ve now missed my train…..

3 out of the 4 times I have ordered a taxi from here there has been a huge problem. Not to mention they are extremely over priced, charging £15 or so for the journey from Didcot to Milton Park.
The first time I booked for 8:30 and the taxi showed up at 9:10, after speaking to the driver he had been sat at the sainsburys nearby my house waiting for a job for around 25 minutes.
The second time the app showed it would take 5 minutes for a taxi to get to me, so I ordered the taxi and received a message being told it'd be there in 40 minutes. I called the call center to be told "it does that". So

Excellent app akin to Uber but they try to squeeze in too many jobs which means over the last year I've missed a train, would have missed a hospital apt if a neighbour had not stepped in to give me a lift.
Staff are all lovely but need better scheduling / realistic time management for drivers as the knock on effect is financially / practically costly for customers.

Used the service severally in didcot. Very bad customer service and exploitative prices. Their fares are always higher than others by about £2 within didcot and £6 if going to Oxford plus their cars are mostly dirty. Ive stopped using them and now use royal cars and Abingdon taxis.

Me and wifey booked taxi to go to the local pub as we've been celebrating our first wedding anniversary on the 7th August. Driver wasn't at the time that we've booked so we phoned the company and then we've been informed that driver will be late on total 20 minutes 😕. From my past experience with various taxi companies I assume that is the courtesy to inform the customer that the driver will be late, not that customers have to phone the company.
Next time we use different taxi and do not recommend Go Green to any of my friends.
