The company has now diversified itself into contracting, working for discerning clients who can see all around Cheshire and Staffordshire our previous developments therefore can see what product they can expect when complete using all our previous design and development experience.

Our client base includes Aspire Housing, Plus Dane, Progress Housing, Wulvern Housing and we are adding to this client base as we are now framework contractors for the Great Places Housing Group that includes to date a further 12 Housing Associations which are spread across the North West.

Our in house design team have a wealth of experience designing site layouts to suit all localised conditions usually in conjunction with local authority planning department to achieve the most practical economic solution. We consider the client requirements in relation to the site conditions whether brownfield or green space and design accordingly.
Our Company was set up in 2007 to develop residential developments of various sizes and styles from a 2 plot exclusive development in Nantwich to barn conversion schemes in the open countryside. We have continued in this vane and have built up a large portfolio of properties of different sizes and styles and have had many returning customers moving between developments.
We have carried out several refurbishments on behalf of Plus Dane Housing Association across the North West that were primarily for multi occupancy high dependency units, people with special needs and requirements. The existing buildings were in a state of poor repair and needed completely refurbishing and updating including the garden areas.
We have now renovated many types of properties for varying uses which include individuals with special needs for charitable organisations to barn conversions with all of their inherent problems from contaminated ground to ecological considerations and drainage issues.
When renovating a building there are so many aspects of the building that have to be thought through before attempting any work on site including party wall agreements with neighbouring properties and with our wealth of experience all matters are considered very carefully and where possible warranties can be given to give added comfort to our customers.
