I'm registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). You may have a specific issue that you would like to address. Alternatively, you might not be sure what the problem is but have a feeling that things are not quite right. Or perhaps you feel that issues from the past are interfering with your ability to live life as you would like to.
Services
Counselling tends to be a short-term process where you concentrate on resolving a specific difficulty. Psychotherapy involves working at a deeper level and generally, though not always, for a longer time. In psychotherapy your aim is to make sense of issues from the past that are unresolved and are interfering with your present life.
Often in life, or at work, you may feel rudderless, as though you are drifting. You may struggle with identity or lack of it, or feel unfulfilled with aspects of your working life. Coaching can help you to break down the barriers that are stopping you from achieving your potential, enable you to find your true self and to live comfortably in your own skin.
I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP); and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and the Hampshire Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (HACP). I am also an examiner, supervisor and member of the Metanoia Institute in London; and an external validator and examiner for two UK psychotherapy and counselling courses.
