The Hayloft Report

A stunning, newly converted 1 bedroomed hayloft enjoying rural tranquillity within the grounds of our family home and within a 15 minute walk to the picturesque riverside town of Upon upon Severn. The Hayloft has recently been converted into a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom loft style apartment set within the grounds of our family home.

Great place for a party.
Need to update some bathroom fittings.
Need a few more utensils in the kitchen but overall great experience.
Beautiful countryside walks and just a short walk from town.

Spent a fantastic weekend at the Hill House, Eades Estate to celebrate our daughters wedding. The house and grounds are stunning , with fabulous accommodation and everything you could hope for provided in the house, plus the very popular hot tub and lawn croquet. It was the most beautiful setting for a wedding, highly recommended.

I booked Hill House for my sister's hen weekend in February and could not have been more delighted with my choice. Neil and Caroline were brilliant from our first contact and helped out with everything, including booking caterers and reassuring our guests about the flooding. The house is pristine and beautifully decorated throughout, with… everything you could possibly need. The hot tub is a real bonus and the gardens are beautiful. Even when we had left things behind, Neil was still helping by returning them to us. Thank you for all your hard work and for making the weekend so special!

We rented the Hill House for the weekend and hosted our wedding reception/my wife’s 30th. It was awesome.
Neil and Caroline are a pleasure to deal with and the house itself is epic. The views of the Cotswolds are stunning and the house is really elegant (and massive).
