Services
We have 2 touring and camping fields; "Strawberry Field" and "The Grove". They are beautifully landscaped areas with mature native trees and flowering shrubs. Each have a facility block and individually marked and numbered pitches for tents, caravans & motorhomes. We also have a summer camping meadow 'Tor View' with an abundance of space and stunning views across the Cheddar valley.
Our luxury lodge exudes elegance with its superior level of comfort and styling. Benefitting from south facing stunning views the light streams through the picture windows and side patio doors into the spacious living area. The attractive outside area has a raised veranda leading from the living area to a large patio and parking for 2 cars.
Our luxury camping pod has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Bedding is not provided so please remember to bring your own pillows, bedding and sleeping bags as well as your normal camping equipment and accessories. It has fully-insulated walls, vinyl flooring throughout and it features lights, plug sockets and a heater.
Sadly, we do not offer self catering accommodation modified for wheelchair users. However the majority of our facilities can be accessed by wheelchair users and we have a separate large shower room with wheelchair access. We are a family site and as such we have a no-noise policy between midnight and 7am and request that you do read and follow our park regulations set out in our 'Welcome Pack' terms and conditions.
The The Lodge Bar, Grill & Restaurant is an ideal place to relax and unwind serving local produce including ales and scrumpy. There is a covered outside area with snugly throws for chilly nights and a sun terrace for warm days with a view of the children's play park. Take-away or eat-in. Lodge Bar and Grill will be open daily during your stay.

Very easy access for motor homes. Fast check in no need to leave your vehicle. Super hard standing pitches are perfect and nicely spaced out with a hedge to 3 sides. Toilet/ wash facilities very clean and… spacious. Excellent on site bar serving a good choice of food. A well stocked shop if you need any provisions. All ran be very friendly and welcoming staff. A very short drive to Cheddar Gorge. 100% recommend a stay here.

Spent 5 days here and had a great time. We were pitched in the grove field. Pitches were flat but we lost alot of our pitch due to the steep bank behind our tent. The toilets/showers were clean but dated, we didn't use the ones by reception so not sure if they were the same. On site shop, laundry room and family bathroom. The 2 pools were small but the kids loved them. There is a small park outside the bar/restaurant. One family had a bit too much to drink one night and decided to entertain us with their argument 😆. It's not a quiet site, it was lovely to see so many children enjoying themselves

Lovely site, clean & tidy throughout & even the shower/toilet block was nice & warm although it was cold outside, staff in the Lodge were very friendly & even made our boxer at home by giving her treats, although limited menu for food (can’t expect anything less out of season) it was good value & good quality. We’ve said we’ll definitely visit again. Thank you for a lovely few days stay.

An Absolutely Stunning Holiday Park. Sally and Garry are the BEST Holiday Park hosts Ever. The place is very clean, toilet blocks are excellent, showers are hot... Food and drinks in The Lodge are very reasonable and the food is delicious. If you want to stay at a Park that has everything then stay here. Wells, Cheddar, Glastonbury, Weston-Super-Mare and Burnham-On-Sea all close by if you fancy a trip out. Come on, get booking now...ring them and speak to Sally...tell her 50's and 60's Dave recommended them

Great Location and Great Campsite
Booked this from the reviews and was not disappointed. Very generous size pitches with electric and level. Easy access and barrier entrance for security. Wash room facilities, although dated are clean and always available.
The location of this campsite is great for visiting locations in all directions.
Shop sells just a few limited supplies (so you will need to shop before you arrive) and if you need milk you have to order it day before, nothing on the day.

Campsite and facilities were all good. We camped in a tent in the Tor View field which was fine except for the constant barking of dogs in a nearby location (not on the campsite). I completely understand that this is out of the campsites control but it did mean I slept very little during our stay there. I'm sure it's fine if you have a campeche or stay in a static but not good for tents unfortunately.

Would have been great as a camping however, paying for a pet friendly caravan in order to take my elderly mum on holiday, I feel a bit cheated to be honest. Was very basic van on surface clean but when looked closer could have done better. The pool was closed which was of the selling points initially and the lack of dog walk on site for the dog let it down for me.

A nice enough campsite. The dinosaur trail could do with a little maintenance as it’s for kids and most of the dinosaurs are broken and there are stinging nettles poking out all along the sides. We were a little confused when it came to the pool as after I had already booked, in our confirmation email it said that the pool was shut and we were so disappointed, considering the website hadn’t mentioned this at all and across our holiday we were staying at three different sites and this one was the most expensive one by a good £15! At this point we were ready to complain and we went most of the
