Services
Offering a broad range of accommodation across our three areas (Holiday Resort Unity, Brean Leisure Park and Golden Sands), whether you enjoy sleeping under the stars or home-from-home comfort, we have something to suit everyone. Lodges, traditional static caravans, camping pods and three spacious touring fields for tents, tourers and motorhomes offer one of the greatest range of accommodation options in the South West.
Whether it's the outdoor play area for the little ones, bingo for Nan, the waterpark for the kids, or the fishing lake for Dad, there's something on the resort for everyone. We've also packed a great range of activities on to the resort. Finally, don't forget that we're just 200m from Brean's sandy beach, which stretches to Brean Down in one direction and Burnham on Sea in the other.
Now the cows may have moved on, but there are still lots of members of Bert's family around at Holiday Resort Unity making sure your time here is full of fun and relaxation. Guests still enjoy many of the same things - fresh air, fantastic views and the sandy beach of Brean! Today the four star resort incorporates the facilities of Holiday Resort Unity, Brean Leisure Park and Golden Sands Holiday Park.
Holiday Resort Unity is one of Somerset's top camping and caravan parks with a great choice of accommodation to suit your needs and budget. Whether you're a seasoned camper, wannabe glamper or looking for high-end luxury, we put the "you" in HRU. Holiday Resort Unity - Perfect for families, large or small, with easy access to all our entertainment and facilities.
If you are considering visiting the area you have perhaps looked at camping in Weston-super-Mare and touring/caravan sites in Brean.

With Weston itself actually having very little to choose from in terms of camping and touring, camping in Brean offers you the opportunity to be within walking distance of all the action, with the beach just across the road and various entertainment venues, as well as a great base for exploring Weston, Burnham-on-Sea and across Somerset.

Just got home from a fantastic 4 night (Mon-Fri) break at Unity. What can I say..it was perfect from start to finish. The caravan was fantastic and immaculately clean. There was a hygiene pack with washing up liquid etc and a welcome pack with tea bags milk etc. ALL the staff were friendly, cheerful and try to help in any way possible to make your holiday the best and I do mean ALL staff. RJs is well spaced out, great viewing and room for little ones to burn off energy too. The pricing is reasonable and food is lovely plus they serve food until late. The entertainment was probably the best we’ve

Thanks to the doorman at RJs tonight and the very kind dad who gave me a jump start after my car battery was flat when I left the clubhouse. That’ll teach me for driving to the clubhouse just coz it was raining 🤦‍♀️ Very helpful doorman and a lady too who tried to get someone to jumpstart my car. She was very kind and concerned and she didn’t even know me bless her. The doorman said he asked them to announce the Reg to see who’s car it was but they refused as so many announcements with cars wrongly parked tonight 🤦‍♀️ it&rsquo

Really busy and queues for the bar in RJS really stressful but so impressed that they gave every child that wore any fancy dress a big bag of sweets.
Such a nice gesture that the children loved. nice friendly staff.

Contact free check in worked well. Disappointed to be sited in a pretty empty field right opposite a large group in tents - they were noisy until at least 0100 then up early. Could have put us a bit further apart.
The facilities are fine except the Elsan point needs a bigger receptacle to pour into (about 3 foot square) with no water to splash back in your face - a toilet is not the right thing!
Plenty of information available and good signage. On site bar, shop and fish and chips all fine.

Clean, tidy, well laid out. Enough on site and with partners (Brean Splash, Brean play) to do as much or as little as you like. All ages catered for and very accessible. Great base to visit other local attractions, beach literally over the road

Very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend Unity to anyone.
We've been on a seasonal pitch with them (this being our first year) at the cost of £3300. We received an email last night, only 2 months from the end of season to be told that they are closing Yellow field to make way for static caravans. This means we have to leave the site and the money we've spent over the last year getting our awning the way we wanted it for next year is now a total waste of money! It also means we now have to find storage for the van with only two months to find it. If they can do this to loyal customers (some of whom

2nd camping trip here, this year. Its a fantastic site, very clean. Pitches are very large with electric and a water tap. Showers were clean and OK, sometimes very hot sometimes just right.
1 night someone played music till 4am but didn't stop us from sleeping and only happened the 1 night.
Other nights, there were some loud campers but quietened down by midnight, didn't bother us as it drowned out the campers next to us, who snored all night lol.
Plenty to do on site for both kids and adults.
I advise to stock up at the local tesco or co-op but most campsite shops are expensive. Chinese was

Caravan was immaculate. Spacious for family of 6. Complimentary milk was left in fridge for much needed cuppa. RJs club house was entertaining & fair pricing for food for holiday resort. Which was cooked to order, prepare to wait! Swimming pool was fabulous, you have to phone ahead for a swim slot. Tavern unfortunately was a let down.local walks a must ,local bakery a definite visit 😋

It was OK, good selection of things to do, and great on site play area catering for many ages, you could easily spend a week here without needing to go anywhere. Good selection of food, order to pitch is a great feature and the on site train is great in the evenings. The area wardens were very helpful and generally nice people.
But, the entertainment wasn't reduced numbers and was packed to the rafters, we only went once as it was uncomfortable. The onsite shop was poorly stocked, signs stating due to the pingdemic which is entirely possible. And the park was not controlled meaning many groups
