I contacted Tiger after being declined by my usual lender on a development deal I was working on. There were a few niche aspects on the project which needed careful consideration, including the phase plan, restricted market sales (the site included retirement), as well as the lack of comparables in the area. I was really impressed by the knowledge and experience of the team at Tiger, particularly Matthew. He knew exactly which lenders to go to, and how to make sure the financing proposal was prepared in such a way as to give us the best chance of success. Great work and thankfully we got the deal
