I am a beginner in harps, hence after doing a lot of research and speaking with various harp shops, I decided to invest in a good quality harp and was looking around to purchase the Salvi Titan 38 silk gut string harp. I came across Instrument BK website (previously was called Holywell Music Ltd under a different management team).
I had the pleasure of speaking with Alison on the phone who has taken over from Hollywell in the last year or so, and she is a wonderful, professional harpist. Alison gave me tons of information and also was kind enough to demonstrate on the harp I wanted to purchase

Good range of harps at a dedicated harp shop.
From what I can tell they seem to have more second hand harps for rental and sale as well as some new. They don't seem to have any list of harps/prices online or available in store, you just have to ask the price of the harps in the store.
Might be a bit tricky to get in contact with via phone (I had trouble getting through a couple of times) and they are currently only open Thursdays by appointment during lockdown. The location is close to Central London so should be easy to access from wherever you are coming from.

I am sorry to say this but I really would not recommend this company.
They don't bother to answer emails and clearly have no care for their customers.
After they ignored my request to come and look at their harps, I went elsewhere and am now the proud owner of beautiful new pedal harp.
Holywell is a company to avoid when purchasing a new harp.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I was interested in buying a lever harp and contacted Holywell in Autumn 2016 to arrange an appointment to go and try their harps in person.
They replied to my first email but failed to answer any other emails.
I contacted them again in August 2017 to try and make an appointment but they did not respond to my email at all.
A friend of mine also contacted them and got no reply either. Two ignored customers.
I have since spoken to a professional harpist who knows the couple who run this business and she told me that unless a customer is interested
