Services
Mackie HDR 24 hard disc recorder. Burn individual audio tracks to CD as AIFF or WAV files, for backup or transfer to other systems. Each channel of the D8b desk includes a noise gate, compressor and versatile EQ plus internal plug ins and effects. In addition to this, we run the HDR in sync with Cubase and Reason (locked together in sync by 2 x MOTU 2408's) which offers an almost endless combination of super powerful plug-ins.
The computers are housed in a custom made, ventilated soundproof cabinet which keeps background noise to a minimum. Monitoring is via Mackie HR 824s, and for mastering and editing we have a complete Tripledat system with Firewalker and Osiris plug ins, as well as Soundforge with many other powerful plug-ins to cover all eventualities.
We offer two special package deals for singers who need a vocal demo CD to either advance their career or maybe just hear what they sound like on a professionally recorded CD. Before you can do anything as a singer in the music business you will need a CD to showcase your voice, and this is where we can help.

CD Artwork Design - We offer an artwork design and layout service for J25 per hour. Just provide us with your photos/scans, text and ideas and we will turn it into an attractive, professional looking package.
Even if you already have lots of studio experience we hope that you might find the information below helpful. Some of these suggestions may appear very obvious, but a little thought beforehand can save you a lot of time (and money) on the day. Make sure that every musician knows exactly what they are supposed to be doing on the day, as it can otherwise turn into an expensive rehearsal.
