My grandparents had a caravan here up to 40 years ago. Coming back now and seeing how unspoilt it is has been an amazing experience. The beautiful enhancements are a credit to you. I have such wonderful childhood memories of whizzing up and down the lake in their boat and rowing over to the island and playing treasure island 😍

My parents 1st got a caravan on the site when I was born 55 years ago. I grew up spending my summers and weekends here as have my own kids. So it must be ok and our dogs think so as we have to bribe them to get in the car to leave.

What an amazing place. We stayed for a week in June and had the best time. The park is kept clean and tidy. we stayed in a glamping pod and it was spotless. The weather was fantastic and enjoyed a few swim's in the lake too. was lovely sitting on then jetty at night and watching the sun set. We will definitely be booking again

We arrived during the covid times to a beautiful lodge with very clear instructions on arrival.
We was pleasantly surprised to open the door to the “Woodland Lodge”. The immaculately prepared covid safe lodge was to much greater standards than what we expected.

No aerial signal, nothing to do,no guidance on arrival, poorly lit ,acorns falling on roof all night, shop extortionate prices would not stay again. Although the showers and toilets are immaculate best I have ever been in.

Fantastic place -stayed at Silverholme apartment was perfectly situated on lake. Lovely apartment great for dogs as on one level and it was very clean and tidy. Easy checkin and checkout. Staff were very helpful and really nice! Can’t wait to come back loved every minute.

Beautiful park for a relaxing break. pods are so nice and have everything you need. very clean too.
