When it comes to tenanting, managing, maximising your property appeal and re-letting your property, M3 Lettings offer services aimed to minimise the hassle for you as the landlord. We will prepare and sign the paperwork on your behalf. We take receipt of the first month's rent (which is forwarded to your account minus our fees).
We have a wealth of experience to help and advise you on properties that meet your requirements, explain the application process, and book you viewings that are convenient for you, with a knowledgeable viewings team that will show you around your ideal home, answering any questions you may have.
At no time will we push you into taking a property that is not suitable for you, but will let you know you if anyone else is also interested so you don't miss out (first come, first serve!).We do not charge tenant fees; should you wish to rent with us, all we require is submission of your deposit, a suitable guarantor and/or credit check (where applicable) and a signed tenancy agreement - all of which can be done online.

M3 would always address any issues at the property quickly and pleasantly. Initially some of the furniture was in bad condition and cleaning equipment was missing, this was all sorted out on my first day.
Jack was very helpful throughout and would respond promptly to any messages. Hope to rent again from them in the future.

My friends and I rented a six bed house with M3 in our second year. M3's houses were kept in much better condition than others we had looked at from different agents. Had a great experience with any maintenance issues resolved hasslefree and so we decided to rent with them again in our third year. I think being a smaller family run business you get a much better service and everyone we met from M3 really seemed to care about making us comfortable. Would definitely recommend to students or others!

Having been with M3 for the last two years in two different properties I can only say positive things about the business. Michael and Jack were always very friendly and treated us how tenants should be treated. We encountered problems in our house over the last year, such as requiring a new fridge freezer and boiler, but these issues were dealt with very professionally and quickly. Overall, M3 Lettings Ltd are a fantastic family business that I would highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs. Michael is incredibly disorganised forgetting things before we even moved in, losing paper work and asking for things like deposits again when they'd already been paid.
He is very slow at sorting out problems, for example a light that wasn't working since June wasn't sorted out until a week after we properly moved in in September.
House is covered with mould and damp which Michael has done absolutely nothing to sort out in the 2 months since we first told him about it.
He keeps on fobbing it off on us saying it's lifestyle and our fault for not heating
