Terrible terrible company! I'd never recommend it to anyone as you can see even by the reviews. Obviously, they're going to reply making you look like an idiot but it's not possible that so many people have the same problems regarding this 'letting agency'. Never help with anything, staff replies rudely if you suggest that they've done something wrong, tell you to do everything by yourself and charge you for things that you shouldn't be charged for. Nothing new, just scamming people. Hard pass.

WORST COMPANY IN SHEFFIELD!!!
I moved out in December because my mental health really deteriorated whilst living in there accommodation which meant serval hospital a trips for serval attempts to end my life I decided it was best for me and the people that lived in the flat that I leave and returned home to my mother and I get an email today saying they want my full deposit and more because apparently they’re was damages to the fire alarms and I owe them rent I rang them serval times to tell them I moved out due to mental health problems and they never responded now am getting told I owe them

The first major concern was the fact they don’t provide an emergency contact number; therefore if you have an issue outside standard 9-5pm you are completely on your own. Many issues raised on the first day of moving in were not dealt with until long in to August and only occurred due to badgering through continual emails. When I first signed on for a property with home, I had done so thinking they would be great considering the initial interactions I had with them as well as the google reviews. I see now, the initial interactions are literally sales tactics to get you to sign, while the positive reviews are either bought through them offering prizes for good reviews or are so ancient there must have been a change in management at some point for the stark difference in experience I have had and many others I know in my year group.

Don’t take any safety issues seriously and very ignorant of any problems within their property that is their responsibility.
Do not provide you with an out of hours/emergency number and always reluctant to accept blame for what’s clearly wrong with their properties and service. They think a £2 bottle of Prosecco at the start of the tenancy is enough to let them get away with whatever they want later on. Read the reviews that weren’t bought with prizes to get a real idea of what living with Home is like.

Multiple times throughout the tenancy would show up without 24 hours notice
Carbon Monoxide Alarm went off- was told to just open the windows to see if it would turn off
Promised a TV when signing on- had to wait months to get it after constant badgering
