Dr Alvanos is a wonderful, careful orthodontist, always aiming for optimum results achievable. During my initial consultation we spoke at length about peg positioning - as a creative working directly with clients I was adamant I did not want visible pegs on my front lower teeth needing alignment however, on the day of the fitting of invisilign, and with gentle persuasion from his excellent team, I agreed to having 2 very tiny pegs to help the process along and in hindsight am pleased as they are barely noticeable - my concern about how that would aesthetically look was greater than the reality

I had a fairly minor problem with slightly crossing over front teeth and I was unsure whether to go through with orthodontic treatment. I have recently had my fixed braces removed after 10 months and I am absolutely thrilled with the result! Dr Alvanos and his team were professional and pleasant at every point of contact and technically excellent. I highly recommend this practice.
