Tiptree Pet Hotel is a small well established family run boarding kennels & cattery located in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, where the owners Andre and Chantal Scott have many years of experience of dealing with dogs and cats in boarding establishments and with their own pet dogs and cats. Here at Tiptree we offer loving care and attention for your pet in superior, purpose built accommodation set in a peaceful, rural location.

Services
The kennels are brick built have large indoor resting areas and outside covered runs, keeping pets dry on wet days and enabling the hatches to be left open so your pet is not shut away during the day we also have a family kennel that can accommodate three or more dogs, depending on size, providing they are from the same household.
You have the choice of any of the mini hotels. The Ritz and Savoy that are indoor cat units or The Carlton and The Hilton have secure individual outside covered runs with separate indoor sleeping quarters. All of these chalets are insulated and fitted with shelves for the cats to get a 'birds eye' view of the gardens.
All Dogs and Cats boarded with us must be fully up to date with vaccinations against the diseases listed below. Animals not up to date will not be accepted. This vaccine is not done as part of your dog's routine vaccination programme so please make sure your dog has been vaccinated at least 9 days prior to boarding.

Nelly loved her stay here (I've attached a recent pic of her when we were in the peak district last week). Well looked after and she had a wonderful spacious kennel!) Will certainly be returning again soon when we next go on holiday. 5*

I may say ,what a negative experience we have had!
Not only it has been really difficult to get hold of the staff on the phone to book a place for our labrador to stay ....but when you finally manage to organise something you are faced with an extremely unhelpful regime ...
My dog was due to stay at Tiptree Pet Hotel from Friday evening 5pm until Saturday evening 5pm.Straight after work on Friday I collected my dog from home and headed to the kennel .When I finally reached the place ,unfortunately I arrived at 5.07 pm instead of 5pm due to heavy traffic.When I arrived the

We've used Tiptree a few times now and it's always been a good experience. Our dogs are not particularly good outside the family and a nearby kennel said they wouldn't house them again but Tiptree understood the dogs and handled them professionally and without problem. The kennels are heated and have an outside run and the dogs are walked daily.
