A mortgage Agreement in Principle (AIP), Decision in Principle (DIP) or mortgage promise is a certificate or similar from a lender which says 'in principle' they are happy to offer you a mortgage for a certain amount based on the information supplied. I had the pleasure to have Paul Taylor as mi mortgage advisor when I bought my house 2 years ago, he guided me through all the process to choose the best mortgage for me. He provided different options and he explained to me the difference between them to pick up the correct one. Even he worked after his working hours because I couldn't go earlier to his office.

We used Newhouse Financial Services to do a let-to-buy with remortgage. I can’t recommend Paul Taylor enough. He has dealt with all of my mortgages for many years now, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. He always goes above and beyond, and I always feel relaxed and safe in the knowledge that Paul is there to take care of it all for me. Paul is so helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for him.

Paul has looked after our mortgage for years and always knows when it’s up for renewal. He works out which deal is the best for us and ensures a stress free transition. When we have moved house he has been indispensable and has speeded up the process by prompting solicitors etc even though strictly that was not his role . He just knows about houses , mortgages and everything in between . Reliable efficient ,unflappable and highly recommend

We have worked with Paul for over 5 years and would highly recommend him. He is able to use his knowledge of the market to great effect finding the right solution for us on a number of occasions. Very patient in clearly explaining complex topics (he needed to be) and it's great listening to him work out very complex financial scenarios (as it turns out accurately) in his head while talking about the different options available and always done in a relaxed and personable manner. We are grateful to him more recently for making our move to our wonderful house happen.
