Where do you start when you need a mortgage? Mortgages are offered by Banks and Building Societies and some specialist lenders and obviously if you wanted to contact them all individually they would be happy to tell you what they could offer you. Brilliant service again, Gareth and the team were able to arrange a mortgage in a difficult situation where direct discussion with the same lender didn't bear fruit.
Gareth took the time to understand the situation and presented it to a range of potential lenders in such a way as to avoid the 'computer says no' response which is all too common when the circumstances aren't straight forward.
The support team, headed up by Lynn, kept me informed at every step and were quick to give gentle reminders when outstanding information was required (a much appreciated service).

I have dealt with many mortgage advisers in the past. This is the first time I have made an effort to log on to put a review and that is just because the advice and the service I have received from Lynn over the last few years have been above and beyond what you would expect.
Lynn is very professional, she wont waste your time if she thinks what you are trying to achieve is not possible then she will tell you straight away.
In addition, what I really like about Lynn is, whenever I call for an update on the case, I usually get an update which is punchy, precise and to the point within 30 to 45

Lynn is worth more than 5 stars, she has gone above and beyond, very honest and extremely responsive. Lynn was able to give me the best deals available and most suited to my needs. Lynn's knowledge of each lender requirements is spot on. She have given the appropriate guidance that is relevant at the time, also with planning about the future. For me Lynn is number one with communication, she will always call back and email back. Also when I have called the other staff members are just as polite and courteous as Lynn. Overall very efficient and organised , also very thorough with both my applications

I was referred by a friend to speak to Stephen Pendry and he helped me to get my new mortgage. Throughout this process his approach was simply brilliant and honest, he is very knowledgeable and experienced. Stephen was always was on hand for questions and advice and just offered straight up good customer service, I have already recommended him to others, if you want a straight up broker who cuts through the bull and is an absolute professional then I'd happily recommend him.
