Tony has been in the industry for over 30 years and is a local lad himself, formally a Rickmansworth school boy, he is an ex semi professional footballer who in his hay day, played for Barnet FC and has strong links with Croxley FC, where he coached for many years and is proud to sponsor the club football kits.

Taking photographs of the property, organising the EPC & Floor plan and upload to the internet, + free photographic inventory will be completed for managed or un-managed proeprties. If otherwise agreed at the valuation stage payment for the EPC is charged to the landlord 100.00 +VAT. If the landlord requires a full Inventory they will be required to organise and pay for this separately.
