We were renting with Trend and Thomas for a year and half and it was a great experience for us. The communication was superb - everyone was always helpful, friendly and responsive. They were happy to answer any of our questions and supported us throughout the whole process from start to finish of our tenancy. They also have a loyalty programme with weekly offers, which is a nice bonus. Overall a really great experience, definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful service from Trend & Thomas that went way beyond what was expected. I rented for just under a year and a half before being moved to Spain with little time to attend to the end of my contract details. T&T were incredibly helpful and kept me up to date on all information at all times with everything resolved amicably. Couldn't be happier. Prior to using Trend and Thomas we had a challenging relationship with a different agent. From the point where Trend and Thomas took over it has been a totally different and preferable experience. Regular contact, clear honest information, no detail is ignored. Service has been outstanding from all at Trend and Thomas and if you are considering moving/buying I really would recommend you speak to them. Our sale and purchase took over a year and was complex, it would not have happened without Joe and his team. We owe them huge thanks.

I worked with T&T as both a buyer and seller so I can speak for both sides of the coin, and I have nothing but praise for the team.
