I contracted Riveroak in early 2015 for a house refurb in Sevenoaks and have come away with mixed experiences.
Although Riveroak claimed 'to do everything' they really only seemed to be setup to do structural work - anything else was subcontracted to other companies. These external dependencies caused delays on a number of occasions when they struggled to get other trades on site that were required before further progress could be made. I also had to hire and manage a range of other tradesmen myself when Riveroak were unable to quote for other parts of the project which is something I hadn’t
