Formed over twenty-five years ago, Bisley Contracting is a fine building team with a wealth of expertise in construction developed from a wide range of remodelling, refurbishment, fit-out and new-build contracts. Right at the heart of our success is a very capable management team and a direct labour force - around fifteen strong.
This is a selection of well-known clients for whom we have undertaken projects over the last five years. There are many clients in both public and private sectors additional to this list. Well over half our work is repeat business for some of these major clients. For example, we have worked extensively for a number of NHS Health Trusts.
Experience really does count. Over the last ten years, we have undertaken over one hundred contracts in the Healthcare, Education and Residential/Listed Buildings field. Over two-thirds of these have been in the public sector.
The track record in both Education and Healthcare is exceptionally strong, with a wide variety of contracts from fire door replacement and internal decoration contracts to the construction of new operating theatres and major reconfiguration works in both Hospitals and Colleges/Universities.

High-end residential work on high-end Central/SW London and Surrey properties for wealthy private clients is a proven area of expertise across our team. Over the last five years we have developed considerable experience in this field, particularly on complex remodelling and extension/refurbishment contracts in the Richmond, Kew, Notting Hill and other exclusive areas in central London.
Listed and Historic building works fall well within our area of expertise and are always of considerable interest. Both directors have proven track record in this field and - given the wide range of proven trades specialists in our team/close network - we are well placed to handle these particularly demanding jobs to a high standard.
