Designed with Farrells, this eco house is stepped into a hillside with views across the Kent High Weald, located in Goudhurst. The planned construction is for a 5 bed family home with NPPF para 55 exceptional design quality and innovation. Step Three have started construction and a significant innovation in the build is the first installation of innovative Cemfree concrete in a landmark residential building.
Step Three were commissioned to undertake the demolition of an existing dwelling and rebuild with a single-storey 4-bedroom contemporary bungalow with adjoining state-of-the-art recording studio. The first stage of the project was to demolish the existing structure, concrete foundations and pour new footings and slab to suitable depth and levels.
