Centrado Limited is headed up by our resident finance expert and company director Mel Fordham. With over 20 years of experience he is a recognised figure and writes a regular column for industry magazine Bridging Introducer. Mel has led Centrado Ltd to provide mortgages and life insurance to hundreds of happy satisfied customers.
A buy to let mortgage, sometimes referred to as BTL, are as simple as the explanation behind the name. BTL mortgages have been created specifically around those wishing to buy a property for the purpose of letting (renting) them out. As with any mortgage the loan itself is based on a number of specifics that have been created to ensure both the borrower and lender are suitable and also protected.

With out Mel’s guidance and professionalism we would have never managed to change our buy to let mortgage.
Nothing is to much trouble and is always quick to reply with answers to questions no matter how trivial they may be.
Most recently we have moved and once again turned to Mel as always he was there every step of the way no mater what time of the day.
I would recommend Mel he is the nicest man and we haves gained a good friend.

Working with Mel is a pleasure, he is always helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. We couldn’t have asked for anybody better to help us with our first mortgage. Mel was so helpful and we could ring him at any time of the day if we was confused about anything.
