I rented a flat from Aitch Group for 3+ years in Hackney and the service was very high quality. They were responsive and quick to resolve all maintenance issues and fair with regard to rent increases and security deposit return. Highly recommended.

If your landlord is Aitch Group, not even think of renting the flat. Run away.
I've rented a flat called Lutheran Mews on Dalston Lane. You could also witness murder scene at the site of building. Even though it's a modern flat, there are mice, but having a mouse at home is not that bad compared to dealing with the agents of the landlord. Agent called Nikki is the worst.

AVOID THIS COMAPNY's PROPERTY AT ALL COST!!!
As a landlord, they are the worst possible people.
As a freeholder, it's up to your decision to take it or not!
FYI. it seems like they are a little bit better as being a developer than bing a landlord.

After renting through Aitch group for 18 months I can say I do not recommend. No heating for weeks during winter, had to push to get someone out to have a look and fix this. Had to fork out money for our own heaters in the mean time. Finished our tenancy, used the cleaner they recommended for the end of lease clean to then have them continue to take 100 pounds out of our bond. But it gets better- they then accuse us of being a month in arrears in our rent! Rent we have paid 3 days early every month for 18 months. This relegation regarding being a month short happened to occur an hour before close

Absolute shambles of an agency who continue to try and charge tenants fees even after governmental ban. When reminded of this they completely refuse to comply with any and all guidelines around referencing for new properties or releasing of deposit.
Avoid like the plague, truly atrocious.

My wife and I moved in to our Aitch Group apartment in February. The windows were filthy due to the builders not effectively cleaning the residue from the glazing at the end of the build.
We were promised that this issue would be resolved 'very soon'. It is now September and the windows are still filthy. It's the first thing guests comment on when they visit, and completely spoils the new home feeling.
Broken promises + filthy windows after 7months = unsatisfied customer.
