This exciting project began as a dutch steel barn situated on almost 2 acres of greenbelt. Working closely with the local authority, we gained full approval to convert the barn into a truly magnificent modern single residential barn conversion. With large expanses of glass, large open plan rooms and the highest quality materials, we were able to transform this simple structure into a truly breath-taking family home.
A development of 2 Grade II listed barns, which we converted into 2 spacious family homes. With our head of development having completed many Grade listed barn conversions, this project ran well with many of the original structural features being retained within the new scheme.
With a traditional black cladded finish and wooden window frames, these converted barns blend beautifully with the surrounding rural landscape and with all the comforts of 21st century living.
