Services
Bootcamps take place every Saturday at 09:30 on Barham Village Green (opposite Barham Primary School). Whatever your ability, we guarentee you will have a fun workout using a vast range of equipment and exercises. Individual tickets for bootcamps are available below. There is also a standing order option for those who want to save money as well as guaranteeing a booking space!
George and Ben began training me at what I can only describe as an all time low in my life. I was very depressed, had no energy and all I wanted to do was sleep. I had been struggling with my weight for years and had pretty much given up. With lots of non-judgemental encouragement and an awful lot of persistence, they started to help me realise that I had it in me to change my life.
I started training with George shortly after joining the gym and having suffered a series of medical problems in an effort to change my body and give me a focus in life. I was extremely nervous and self-conscious, but George was very open and put me at ease straight away. I very quickly realised that this was going to be something we would do together, rather than the 'mentor/client' image I'd been so scared of.

Steve signed up to a platinum (gym) package with Ben, training 4 times per week for 4 weeks. Steve's goals were not primarily to get in better shape but also to get in peak condition ahead of the rugby season started. Ben split Steve's week into 2 Strength & Conditioning sessions whilst the other 2 focused on weight training.

We initially had circuit sessions in our garden together, however within a few months our confidence had grown and Ben suggested we might like to try a session at the gym with him. That was back in September

As someone who was always keen on fitness and the gym, I always wanted that 'cover model body'. For a while I made a fair bit of progress, but quickly found myself stuck for ideas, and not getting that feeling of a 'great workout'.
