I thought the service was excellent. Timely reminders and when I phoned, the person I spoke to was really helpful and patient with me. I would recommend them, not pushy, just honest. On two occasions (1 each concerning home and insurance and car insurance) Saffron have provided exemplary service. I thoroughly recommend them.

Visited the branch yesterday to enquire about car insurance. The two men at the desk looked miserable and didn't even crack a smile when we came through the door.
Whoever dealt with our questions was incredibly unhelpful, refused to even attempt to check a quote for us.
In summary I was met with two impolite gargoyles sitting at their desks with zero compassion and love for their jobs.
