Be careful with them they are thieves, I've sold my camper and needed to cancel my insurance, they told me to keep the policy going as I was thinking of getting a bigger camper and I can just put the insurance on the new camper. But I'm not buying a new camper till next year or might buy a caravan, oh they also told me I will lose my 10+ years no claims which I've had longer than being with them just a bunch of thieves be carful..

My lovely 1973 bay window is having a full rebuild in my garage at home..
The vehicle is SORN right now but I still insure it (AAB 863M) the insurance gives you 10% off all parts that I buy ..my only gripe is when you have a discounted product you want to sell I cannot get a further 10% off that product ...it's not my problem you wish to reduce some products for you to sell, but you should still honour the extra 10% you specify that the insurance gives you..

I’ve been pay full cover insurance for three vehicles since 2011 I have never made any claims until November 2020 when my wife got hit by a drunk driver and he fled on foot well since the other car was left behind and there was no proof of insurance Kamper told me that they were going to investigate time was just going by and no word from them they did not even came to try to look at my wife’s vehicle they just told me to send them pictures and from the pictures you couldn’t really tell the damage so I explained to them that the wheel took all the impact so the damage was

Con Artists - DO NOT INSURE YOUR CAR OR VAN WITH THESE CON MEN.
Insured three vehicles with them last year for a good price. Soon found out why. All the extras that 'were included' had costly admin fees. Took me six months to get them to process agreed valuation forms as 'I hadn't paid the admin fee' despite it being included in the price of the policy.
Now I've come to renew, I've moved insurers and they are refusing to give me my No Claims Bonus because my policy 'doesn't accure' no claims. Again, nothing was said about this at renewal. I'm absolutely livid as I look and sound like a total

Have had a policy from Just Kampers Insurance for a few years, easy to receive a quote for modifications to my camper online, great benefits such as salvage retention and agreed value. Customer service team are very clued up and helpful. Highly recommend. Oh and i get a nice discount on parts and accessories with JK too. Win Win!

I've used Just Kampers for years. I don't like receiving so many individual communications after taking out the policy and the Agreed Valuation process isn't the slickest (hence not giving 5 stars) but they answer the phone quickly including at weekends. When I've made a claim it has been dealt with efficiently.
