In 1991 Mark Turney started small, practising out of a room in his Cambridge home. Mark's knowledgeable, yet no-fuss approach led to customers recommending him to their friends and family. The business quickly grew and he converted and extended his garage to accommodate the growing client base and the extra staff needed to take care of them.
Mark has been a Financial Adviser since 1991, establishing himself in the industry as an independent adviser at the beginning of the millennium, offering mortgage, insurance, investment and pensions advice. With his dedication to customer service and industry knowledge, Turney & Associates grew from those beginnings.

I do not ever hesitate to contact Mark or his team. Every single employee he has whether it's Amelia, Sandy, Zoe Young, Nicky Sadler, Saffron Hunt, Evie Scullin, Ellen Cosbolt and Jessica Allen! Have been through the entire team it seems haha. They brilliant always ready for my queries and answer the phone st any point during the day. With a mortgage with them currently and into buying a 2nd property in the horizon I can only thank them and wish them Merry Christmas & Happy New Year! I am trying to be fair but I don't see anything positive really, apparently they are struggling with the business and trying to source the deficit from poor customers. I had an application which hadn't gone through due to some difficulties we had with the lender and Turney forced me to pay them in full. Such a shame really. I never recommend Turney to anyone. If you end up working with them, try to read through their T&Cs carefully. It is in their email as an attachment, but they don't refer to it anywhere in the email!

Recently purchased our first home and the team at Turney & Associates, in particular Nicky, was brilliant throughout. Informative at the start, and always quick to respond to queries and submit applications when we'd decided to proceed. Definitely worth the fee for all the hassle they saved us, would highly recommend.

Turney & Associates Ltd is one of the best mortgage broker company i have ever known. Mr Mark is so much knowledgeable about his job. I never thought i will be able to buy my 2nd house but Mr Mark Turney make it happened. Before i come to Turney & Associates Ltd i have been talked with lots of mortgage broker, most of them doesn't know that they are talking about. We originally had a face to face meeting with Mark (pre COVID) who was welcoming and approachable.
After me and my partner agreed to proceed with Turney & associates we were dealt with by Ashleigh. I can’t recommend her enough! Without going into boring details when we struggled with solicitors, estate agents, personal issues and a house move fall through she was extremely understanding every time and when we needed someone to trust she could be relied on.
The easiest part of the house move was the mortgage. We were explained the best deal and it was put very simply for a simple person like
