Fantastic. If I had to name 3 things to try.
Old spot home cured bacon. Bacon as it should be. Cut the rinds off and give them a good blast of heat to make your breakfast complete with crispy rinds alongside sublime bacon.
Air aged sirloin. Cut nice and thick. Sear the fat side then cook as you like it. It just melts.
Dragon sausages WOW!!!

Great family butcher with lovely selection of meat, pies, cheeses and much more. We know that they source their meat locally because when visiting the area we stayed at the family run farm who provide their beef. Also noticed when we ate out a couple of times during our stay that this butcher supplies local restaurants who put on their menu where they got their meat from which shows it is known for its quality. Such friendly staff - cannot recommend highly enough

I have been in a few times now for different produce including meaty bones for my dog, bones and meat for broths and today I went in for a nice big fat juicey steak slice for my husband. Husband said that it was the best steak he has ever had! Was very lean and was huge and cost a lot less than what you get in supermarkets! Not only is the meat excellent so is the customer service, had advice on my pork pies and even offered to de-rind any meat I buy.Thanks guys, definitely got yourselves another regular customer here now 😊
