Our purpose built facility enables our enthusiastic coaches to provide fun activities which enable and encourage children to develop confidence, coordination, strength, flexibility and new skills safely.
Our Fitzone Fitness gym welcomes people of all ages and levels of fitness from beginners to superfit! Our fantastic facility and the expertise of our coaches enable boys and girls of all ages to learn gymnastics in a safe, child friendly environment. Activities take place in the foam pitted gymnasium under the supervision of British Gymnastics qualified coaches. Children have fun while developing confidence, balance, strength, coordination and skill while working on apparatus such as bars, beam, floor, vault, rings and trampoline.
We can help with Weight Loss & Nutritional advice and can help you regain your fitness levels after periods of inactivity or illness. We can help you get back into shape after having a baby and can help you back to a more active healthy life. Fitzone has two well equipped, airy fitness areas with a wide range of equipment & experienced, knowledgable instructors to help you.
Our fully equipped Centre of Excellence for gymnastics is an ideal place for gymnasts to prepare for competition at all levels. The gym is available for hire to other clubs, groups and for competitions subject to availability. Although equipped for gymnastics the floor level trampoline and 14 metre, carpeted floor area make it suitable for other groups such as those catering for people with special needs.
We are seeking a friendly receptionist with good communication skills for Saturday mornings and occasional evening / holiday cover. We are keen to add another part time, Level 2 Gymnastics Coach to our coaching team to enable us to expand our current classes. As a friendly, forward looking club we are keen to offer opportunities to more children.
