Alongside the Session's there is a nutrition plan, with full support from the instructors Adam and James (A&J) as well as a message group (WhatsApp) for all the members to share meal ideas, plus fitness related information.
5 Charmaine Mace 101The Last person StandingCompetitors must go through the list of exercises for as long as possible, with 5 seconds rest between exercise. The person with highest time wins and is crowned The Last Man or Women Standing. 1 Suzi Tandy 7min 45 secondsThe Push and Pull PunisherHalf your bodyweight your bodyweight bench press as many reps as you can - straight into close grip pull ups, as many reps as possible.
The tri-cep triathlon is to complete 20 full tri-cep dips followed by 20 reps of half your body weight on the bench press and then to finish things off nicely 20 press ups as quickly as possible. The participant is looking to hold each exerise completely still for as long as possible. The overall time of all 3 combined gives your final score, they are performed one after another with a maximum 15 second rest between each exercise.
The bench press is surely one of the most popular chest movements there is. With our range of incline and decline benches you can be sure to hit those chest and pectorals and every conceivable angle. With free weights everywhere you will be able to ensure a varied and challenging session each and every time.

Fantastic independent gym greater more towards someone that is actively targeting improving their fitness than a number of the local customs. Great selection of specialist equipment to really push anyone in their journey to look after themselves. Members create an amazing atmosphere that encourages everyone to work hard

Came here for a week pass. Enjoyed the gym enough equipment for all workouts. Very covid friendly with a booking system on their social media thats user friendly and lots of cleaning products out to wipe down your machines.
I also thought the idea of King & Queen of the gym was good as a extra motivation for members and all the PBs on the wall of lifts

My Buddy is a member at the gym and wanted me to join him for a workout so I paid for a day pass and went and trained chest and triceps.
I have never been here before but everyone who has either been a member or trained here have always said how good it.
They didn't lie it is a great gym, they have all your needs from cardio to free weights, lots of free weights, if your into bodybuilding or power lifting this gym is a must for you.
I am defiantly going to return here in the distant future.
