Played on a busy Sunday. Whilst this I can accept as something that can occur, playing behind a 5-ball using 3 sets of clubs I can't. On requesting to play through which was refused, a member playing behind us phoned to the course manager to come out onto the course to address their 'slow play'.
24 hours on from writing/editing the above, I must balance my irritation with the positives: its a pleasant course which is really 18 holes squeezed into the space for 16 (back nine specifically condensed - 4 par 3s). The pluses are value for money, the back nine sea views and decent club staff. On this

What a lovely, friendly golf club. Their food is also very good - I had a great plate of scampi & chips for lunch with a large group of friends. After our round we sat inside having a pint and chatting about out golf. The man running the bar brought us out some free cake to go with it.
Unfortunately we couldn't see the scenery from the most beautiful holes as it was drizzling heavily, but the cliffs we could vaguely make out looked impressive.
