We not only have the time for all our customers we have a wide range of styles to offer for all ages. Vanda bought the shop in 2004 and has a passion for shoes being a size 42 she knows how hard it is to find the choice, but you shouldn't have any issues at Gina Ricci. Size 2 is also a must and we try to keep a good collection of them in. Kirsty is just fantasic and is always thinking outside the box and just loves shopping.
If you're looking for a specific colour or style to complete an outfit we can often find something that may have been overlooked on the website. For instance emailing a photo of your outfit is a good first step into finding the perfect shoe for you! Another useful tip we have found for our customers who travel quite some distance, is to contact us first so we can reassure you the visit will be worthwhile.

HB Shoes Ltd has been designing premium footwear in the West End of London since 1964. Now based in modern contemporary offices in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside the company remains true to its routes manufacturing bespoke, handmade shoes in artisan factories in the Tuscan Hills of Italy and small handpicked Spanish workshops.

Can't get them cheaper anywhere.
And the service is second to none.
Top class men's and women's shoes . Don't forget there are matching bags a selection of socks and headwear, unfortunately I can't really comment as I wasn't buying those, but my guess will be top quality and best prices.
Definitely worth checking out.

This shop is DEFINITLEY worth a visit when in Windermere! The biggest range of HB shoes I have ever seen! Not to mention dubarry boots and Gabor shoes. Top brands and the service is beyond any other shoe shop. I described what I was looking for and was brought a massive selection to choose from! I will definitely be back. Thanks Gina Ricci!!

Please be very careful in dealing with these's CLOWNS! I bought a pair of men shoes from this Circus! Only to find out on the day of wedding I was attending. They have only gone and sent me out two left feet of shoes???? To add insult to injury on the receipt that arrived with the shoes it is signed off and quality checked by a member of staff??? Which gives you the buyer a piece of mind to a certain degree! (but please don't be fooled) I called the store on the next business day to speak with the manager to address my issues and not only the fact that this lack of competency from her staff ruined
