We are a private day nursery, registered by Ofsted to care for children between the ages of 3 months to 5 years. Our nursery is open to all communities and we aim to provide a secure, stimulating and caring environment which will encourage your child to develop to their maximum potential whilst in a happy and homely environment.

Services
The nursery would like to help all new parents make the right decision with choosing the right childcare setting for their child. As we are unable to conduct tours at the moment, we asked our current parents write a short review on how their experience has been at Planet Tiny. Planet Tiny is a family owned business established since 2007. This brightly coloured nursery offers children fun and exciting times, preparing them for school with a high standard of care and education in safe and nurturing environment. Planet Tiny aims to provide all the children in our care a protected, assured and cheerful stimulated environment.
Children's Daily Activities, this is a timetable for the Daily Activities for the Children. These specific activities will take place in the Morning and Afternoon, alongside all other planned activities for the day/week. 8:00 We welcome the children whilst encouraging them to take off their shoes and coats independently and change into their slippers.
Planet Tiny preschool takes children from the age of 2 years and 8 months till 5. Here the children participate in structured activities based on their interests, providing them with all the guidance they need to prepare them for school. We have a variety of extracurricular activities at preschool introducing different languages as well as hands on activities such as cooking, pottery and craft.
Planet Tiny Toddlers offers childcare care the age of 17 months to around 2 years and 8 months. Here the children take part in a lot of hands on activities such as painting, messy play using shaving foam, corn flour, sand, mud etc. Children get a sense of understanding through play and are encouraged to identify what their interests are by using books, toy animals, our building toys, and a variety of art equipment.

Planet Tiny is one of the reasons our son is as confident, and happy that he is. When he first went, it was hard for us to get him to communicate, he was introverted and VERY fussy with food. Since he went to Planet Tiny, he became much more relaxed, and sociable. He gained his character, and certainly appetite. His keyworker was amazing, the gifts he would get at Christmas and on his birthday. It was like from family. All the staff were so warm and welcoming. Our daughter started in Planet Tiny at 13 months old (originally joining the baby unit). As our daughter has grown, we have developed close relationships with the staff at all units and have been very happy with the personalised focus on our little's girls development. We love that her days are jam packed with fun and educational activities. Thanks… to the innovative ideas of Planet Tiny staff, no two days are the same. This is the best nursery I could have found for my lil dragon.
As a parent, it's amazing how they find time to give you daily feedback, also personal 121. I've learned so much from their feedback and discovered new activities that we can do at home too.
For my lil dragon, they cater for all his needs. He's very sociable, they are soooo warm.
… Their play and discovery is mostly child led, they have lots of outdoor play, also messy fun (which I bet most of us can't always indulge at home as much as we'd like).

We can’t recommend Planet Tiny enough! Our daughter started when she was 13 months and loved it from the start even though she’d never been looked after by anyone else. She settled very quickly, which was certainly helped by how at ease we felt leaving her. All the staff were so welcoming, confident and professional that we had no concerns leaving… her for the first time knowing that she was safe, stimulated and well cared for. Unfortunately, Planet Tiny are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. My child has been neglected on many occasions whereby she has cited being shouted at, coming home in damp clothes so therefore wet throughout the day. No injury reports provided and when questioning staff nobody knows what has happened.
Other nurseries are more professional. You receive regular updates, videos, reports, drop in days etc so glad I changed. Your child's health, well-being and welfare is paramount so avoid.

Our little boys love Planet Tiny, and recently the most memorable nativity play (well organised, participated) was a credit to the staff and children at Planet Tiny. We'd definitely recommend Planet Tiny, and have seen an incredible level of improvement to the already outstanding preschool in the last year under Deepa's leadership. Well done!

We had both children attending this lovely nursery and could not have found a better place. Other than the very little one, the main work was for our daughter who will shortly go to primary school with skills and confidence. Over these years she made huge progress in both her personality and skills, she has become very open and friendly and… interested in everything. She has been so happy there and very involved in many creative acrivities and she has developed great understanding of structure and rules. Above all we praise the staff, the director and the girls are very committed and caring

Our daughter loved Planet Tiny, she starts with babies at 11 months, then progressed through toddlers to pre-school. They’ve been a key part in her development and learning social skills. We’ve recently left as we re-located outside of London. The staff are always helpful and supportive and are working in the interest of the children.

Leaving Planet Tiny after 2 wonderful years to go to reception was heartbreaking, my son has had a wonderful experience with such amazing staff and we were all incredibly sad to say goodbye. The care, … attention, activities and friendships that he has had the privilege to be a part of will always be remembered. Planet Tiny has given him such a wonderful start to his early years and I know he will transition to school with the incredible skills he has learned during his time here. I cannot recommend the nursery enough to anyone wanting the best start and child care for their little one.

The level of care given to the child is totally dependent on who the child's key worker, standards differ from key worker to key worker. Unfortunately there is no consistency.
At the end of each day the key workers are supposed to give a mini report on the child's activities and well being and many times I've been told untruths. There have been many times where it's evident that my child has been neglected throughout the day. When I've picked her up she's smelt of urine and/or is messy because she hasn't been helped to the toilet and has been left to sit in her mess all day. What is most upsetting
