We're thrilled that Creative Explorers Day Nursery and Creative Explorers Preschool are 100% Millie's Mark Accredited. The Millie's Mark award certifies that in a nursery (or in our case, in all our nurseries) all practitioners are fully trained in paediatric first aid and are confident enough to deliver first aid if they need to.
Our original site, is located on Gisburn Road, and offers a specialist baby room for children under 18 months providing parents & carers with the peace of mind & reassurance that your baby will be cared whilst exploring the world around them, learning those all important first social interaction skills between themselves and their peers.
The nursery has an extensive outdoor garden with lots of room for exploring, building on imagination skills as well and uncovering many hidden gems for the children. At Preschool, our aim is to create an environment where the children are enjoying themselves through guided teaching and learning.
We aim to get the children 'schoolready' & have a built up a strong relationship with many local school's meaning we are able to support the transition for our pre-schoolers when the time comes for them to graduate from Preschool and move on to school with a smooth and effortless transition.

Technology can play a role in supporting early communication, language and literacy. It can offer new learning opportunities, through ebooks, apps, and even video calling. Technology should never be used as a replacement for adult interaction, but rather as a tool for interaction and learning.

We have had a really positive experience with Creative Explorers. Felt reassured by the professionalism when we went to view. Signup was handled well. Our little boy settled in straight away and loved going in each day to see his teachers and little friends. Regular updates and pictures on the Famly app are really reassuring and I know that he is in great hands with all the ladies in the baby room. We are really sad to be leaving London in a couple of weeks and hope we will be able to find something similar. Would recommend Creative Explorers to anyone :)

My baby daughter was well looked after at the nursery by the staff. Reena was very flexible with us during the pandemic/lockdown and she made sure the transition from baby room to toddler room was smooth and stress free. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter has been at the baby and toddler site since she was 11 months old (she's now 18 months) and I could not be happier with the care she has received there from all of the staff. Everyone has worked so hard to care for her and shown so much kindness and love. Leaving your child in someone else's care is such a huge decision, but we have been so pleased that we found Creative Explorers and have only positive things to say about it!

Our LO went to Creative Explorers from the age of 12 months and loved it. Prior to starting at nursery he had never been looked after by anyone other than immediate family and he found the transition quite challenging. However the staff in the baby room did everything they could to help him settle and he did get there eventually and he has grown into such a confident little man who loves going to nursery. He has especially enjoyed all the songs and dancing (dutifully recreated by us at home). The nursery puts on lots of special events including the hatching of ducklings this year – cue our little

I love Creative Explorers.
My daughter Elena started in baby room first as only 6 months old baby and from day one she enjoyed it. There was no crying no drama as with my older son ☺️ She adapted herself quickly and if any problems or concerns staff were always there to help.
Now 20 months old she got promoted to toddler group and it's even better !!!
She absolutely loves it lots of space to run about, lots of toys interesting activities everyday and though no garden (which was my biggest concern at beginning) toddlers going to near playground very often. Management great, professional,

We entrusted our six-month-old son to Creative Explorers several months ago. As first-time parents, we were very nervous about leaving him but to our amazement he settled in almost instantly, and since then his development has come on in leaps and bounds. Reena and her team have created such a warm and happy atmosphere in their nursery that the smiles seem infectious. We are moving out of the area, and are very sad that our lad will have to say goodbye to all his friends and the wonderful staff, but it has given us real peace of mind to know that he was in such loving and capable hands. Our little girl has been attending creative explorers for 7 months now. We are first time parents and this is our first experience with a nursery. From the start Reena and have the team have been excellent. Communication has been clear and the care for our daughter has been excellent. This is evident in the fact that she is always happy when we collect her and drop her off, she has rarely been ill since starting (we were expecting her to pick up every bug going but have been lucky so far) and her development has come on in leaps and bounds.
