Services
St. Ronan's Wells is an attractive pavilion situated on the hillside overlooking the Leithen valley. Originally constructed by the Earl of Traquair in the 1820s to provide a comfortable retreat for visitors to the spa, it was largely rebuilt and extended in 1896 to accommodate indoor bathing facilities and a bottling plant.
The POD is designed to be comfortable - the roofing material is designed to cut down the noise of heavy rain. The window and lockable French doors are double glazed to reduce condensation and provide sound insulation. The wood used in the construction is a naturally 'warm' material but to provide extra winter warmth, sheep's wool insulation inside the walls while a special foil layer under the roof helps keep summer temperatures in check.

Great wee park with fantastic views and great access to the cycle track and river. Well-run but also very laid-back, which is nice after recent visits to larger parks with rules and regulations as long as your arm!

Really great site we were cycle touring, there's no where to plug in for charging phones but I asked the bar staff to help and they were very friendly thanks Bob!

Beautiful location, great facilities and friendly staff. The Innerleithen MTB trails are a 5 minute ride away and well worth a visit.

A well managed site that like others have said is primarily catering for the caravan & static caravan holiday crowd. The amenities are clean and well situated centrally. Stayed 2 nights in our 5.5m long van. The hard standing pitches with EHU feel a tad small but the saving grace to this site is the location. The biking trails of Innerleithen and golfie. The river side and greenway walks were perfect for our active dog to enjoy some off-lead walks.
My only recommendation would be to have a more welcoming atmosphere with a "enjoy your stay" feel for those campers passing through.

Absolute DISGRACE of a campsite! We booked in advance to get there and no spots were available!
Completely ruined our weekend. They even let us pay knowing there were no pitches free!!
Poorly managed! Will be sticking to Glentress Lodges in future! They are the number one spot for camping.

Best thing about this site is the location. Not many other positives. Toilet block is small, you have to pay for showers. It was £5 to put a wash on. The toilet block ran out of toilet paper one morning. Camping pitches are pretty un-level

Great site for the mountain bike trails at Innerleithan. Site is primarily for static homes so the camping / touring pitch facilities are low scale - there's just the one WC/Shower block. But it's centrally situated and well kept.
There's just the one washing up sink and three men's showers, which is down to one because of the COVID restrictions. Showers need a token from reception, but included in the price - which is reasonable.
A bar in site, but didn't visit so can't comment or even know if they do food I'm afraid.
Would go again.

Currently staying one night here whilst completing my Lands end to John o'Groats hike. The owner was so lovely and offered me a pod for free and a shower as I'm completing the walk for charity!! Lovely campsite with clean facilities. Great night's stay!
