Hello, we are Meeting Voice; an independent team whose services and tools come to you free and completely unbiased. Our experience, built up over many years enables us to recommend the venues and services which will most perfectly suit your needs, whilst at the same time providing the most cost effective solution - superb value for your money.
Our Free service includes full use of our online registration system. We'll give you your own bespoke web-link and you send it on to your delegates (give us a list and we can do that too for you, if you like), or those you want to invite to your event and they can book their own space (we can offer a choice of accommodation for them too if you want; saving you another headache).
We needed several management team meetings throughout Europe and the team at MV booked various lovely hotels at major airports to facilitate these. Nothing was too much trouble and dealing with just MV instead of each hotel (which believe me can be very time-consuming and frustrating) was major benefit, I will definitely be back.
